Don't do it!!! Lol sorry just kidding. Depends on lots of factors, size of current business, profitability, location, type of business, size of market.

someone on here tried to buy a whorehouse and was dislexic and ended up with a warehouse....my advice read the small print first...

Anyone can massage accounts it happened to me , why are they selling, have you watched the foot fall, but always remember this TURNOVER IS VANITY PROFIT IS SANITY. Good luck in this climate

i concur with softngentle as there are loads of factors as mentioned but also look into location of business, are there plans in the future relating to area or nearby regeneration that will kill your business and footfall. ehat is current market like, do some major research
