Just have an aptitude for it. Same as some guys are really good hairdressers I guess. |

Women in trades,skilled works which is generally male dominated environment is amazing...awesome work
See quite a few trades women coming into work to carryout installation works etc always good to see a positive change. |

I think it's more the impact of change it has on some perceptions of roles etc. It is good to see more women coming through the trades etc. |

I just think it is nice that people have the option to do whatever job they want regardless of gender. Lucky to have the access to education that we do in this country. You really can be (almost) anything you want to be. |

It is a big thing as you'll smooth the path for others to follow. In IT there are very few women and it's Male dominated to its detriment. |
