I think lots have used Frisky Wales after there was a post in here back around March. Its an excellent service.
I do miss going to the sexual heaith clinic though and being the oldest person there  |

Yes I had a job with that almost filled it but I stopped bleeding so had to prick myself again. |

The best tip for this is make sure your hands are warm. It flows more easily and you don’t have to squeeze as hard. Last one I did my hands were too cold and it was really difficult. |
