Went to see a chiropractor in regards to tightening of the lower back, especially when running & then seizing up.
Did 4 clicks both back & neck. Then told I would need 11 appointments before another review!
Surely this can’t be right? |

Might be worth seeing a sports therapist, I've recently started seeing one for my back problems and she said she can get it all sorted in 4-5 weeks plus her appointments are far cheaper than a chiropractor. Obviously injuries are different but might be worth getting a consultation from one. |

If you’re tightening in the lower back from running I’d focus on glute strengthening/stretching and hamstring conditioning.
11 appointments to adjust alignment is Bollox, how do they know you won’t react to treatment after 4 visits.
Focus on the muscle groups first , you’d be surprised by the improvement, I was.
Definitely get a second opinion. |

"Why 11 appointments why not 2/3 I think they just want you cash personally a good one will sort you in no time "
I couldn’t agree more, & each treatment is literally around 7-12 minutes. Costs £40 |
