I mean in a tent and away from big town and cities

Ideally close to a forest/mountain

Can't go wrong with any of those suggestions I'd avoid places like Snowdon and Pen y Fan they get very busy thousands of people on same path's!

Most of the Welsh coastline is lovely as well as some of the lakes up breacon way, have found it quite busy with couples at nite up there, which is a bonus

It's being so positive that's keeping you going

I've just read that they will be opening just with tougher rules. Toilet block and wash facilities will be open if they are allowed. With a bit of luck they'll be able to do so.

Possible extra employment if the places can afford it with bathroom attendants to keep them clean regularly.

Lots of great places and adults only ones, just a thought we could start, when it is allowed, camping together as most tents are 2 metres apart so we would be keeping our distance but at least we could listen to each other would be great fun if there is a few of you

No tents in Wales until at least 3rd August unless the FM has changed things today. Tents can isolate just as well as MHs!

I'm going camping in west Wales near Davids next month, my mate has booked it for a load of us. The campsite owners, have to be careful with the numbers and safety guidance.

Book it quickly if I was you. Campsite owners have to restrict the numbers due to the coronavirus.

We dont. We are currently not allowed to accept tents or campervans and are not allowed to open up shared facilities. That will restrict numbers naturally but is going to send a lot of small sites to the wall.

Any restrictions on numbers will be more to do with social distancing as many sites dont have 2m between pitches during a normal summer.

My site has to keep a minimum of 6m between pitches anyway so no difference to me.

Well apart from only having 5 bookings for the whole of July.

Thank you. The 15 minute walk to the beach - and the views from it - is a major plus as well.

North Wales is the best place for everyone and everything. Anglesey is the most beautiful place in the world and it's just like being in heaven on earth living on holy island, surrounded by a big beach it is a cool little space to do it all

Let us ask you about your lands up north? Yorkshire or Lancashire? Who are the best? Asking for more than advice with a question about the best places in Wales, you may be starting a new war

I'm a Lancashire lass, and I love Yorkshire and holiday there. No war here.

Brecon Beacons for me, I love to pack up and go wandering for a few days up there! Can be challenging though but if you have the right gear it's perfect!
