Lavernock can be secluded and can also be isolated or cut off by the tide.
It is not a nudist beach and is very popular with walkers and fossil collectors More so now with schools closed and people off work.
There is a nature reserve above it and the beach can be observed from above and also from sections of the mobile homes sections.
Gay and bi guys often hang around that reserve area as well as druggie twats after dark.
I have to take issue with the crap from barrack room lawyers who harp on about nudity not being an offence - most know it we are not stupid!
However joe public will react and sometimes with good cause. I have seen a certain individual openly wanking in front of a single parent and child at Lavernock.
I have also witnessed the police arrive on the beach a couple of times.
They also use the helicopter and drones
- I’ve also seen that individual mentioned perving at Wick ( on that note ‘cameramen’ also gather on the cliffs above) - and we had more than words!
Had a great day at ‘a beach’ yesterday - location only for private communication.
I am truly sorry for the rant but I take issue with making public these great locations it attracts tossers and rude chancers who in turn invite the authorities and police.

Well looks like you probably scared most people off from going there so well done for that , I must say there is a difference between nude sunbathing and swinging ! So people having sex on a public beach in front of “ordinary “ people deserve to be pulled about it but if you want some sun on your bits then I say crack on |

Only scared off the ones going to have fun? Anyone going for just a sunbathe and chat to other like minded individuals probably not so put off |
