Mark Drakeford is finally allowing us Welshies to meet up with people from 1 other household outdoors whilst maintaining the advised 2 metre distance, from Monday. They're "asking/advising" people not to travel further than 5 miles. So it seems people will be able to choose whether to abide by that advice or not as opposed to it being an order. It's a start I suppose. I wish the man would do his tie up straight though |

Now he says that the 5 mile rule depends if you live in a rural area and if you have to travel further you can! He also states that he isn't entirely sure what the rules in England are. Is this guy for real! |

Most of the neighbours have already been doing this for weeks We need to move out of lock down but I fear this will start another jump in cases. Because people won't stick to the 2M advice in their gardens or the 5 mile travel request.
The R rate hasn't significantly gone down in the last 3 weeks of supposed full knockdown. So to quote Yazz - The only way is up |

The 5 miles is only advisory. He was quite clear on GMB yestetday that they are "asking and advising" people to remain within 5 miles. So it is entirely up to everyone how far they travel |

This has always been the trouble, and the definition of "local" is as vague as f#ck |
