I'm usually hammering away on the riverbank paths and sdr Road , I'm the one who is puffing away like a steam train with no grace or decorum, headphones in and my legs going in time to the house music being omitted through headphones..

If there is a beginners section. I’d be interested. Not cycled for over 30years . Still keep relatively fit , but hours in the gym won’t stop me falling off with burning thighs
