If we’re let out of this jailhouse we can rock. I’m all shook up at the thought of not being able to go. I was hoping to find someone there to love me tender.
I’d love to be able to put on my blue suede shoes and shake rattle and roll. I’m afraid a little less conversation and a little more action might not be in the cards though.

Found out yesterday from the people who own caravans where we stay have been told they doubt it would be open this year. 
We went away two days after last years. Slept for the first 3 days I think  |

It won’t be the same as previous years , but caravans have been taking quite a few bookings , I think those that go will be self entertaining, it’s going to be a cracking weekend. |

No chance, there's only one Elvis and absolutely NO-ONE sounds anything like him.
I once saw the Elvis show in a London theatre, Elvis played by Timothy Witnall...I think thats how you spell his name, as the young Elvis, Shakin Steven's as older Elvis and the one that really impressed me PJ Proby  the guy that lived in the same area as Elvis and who Elvis would often get to sing certain songs so he himself could get an idea on the way it should be sung. |

I just can't help believing, that the number of people going will be way on down, it's always on my mind now, as I've got a lot of living to do, and as its so close, home is where the heart is see, it's not like it's in Memphis Tennessee, or Viva Las Vegas, although we could Just pretend, so it's time to put my blue suede shoes back for now, and a little less conversation about it being cancelled, and hope my good luck charm will help all your suspicious minds, as I just can't help believing that there goes my everything, and I still have a burning love for a party, but now I have a wooden heart and am all shook up, but if I can dream, I'm not going to surrender, and that's the way it is! |
