The public ones that were popular esp the last century in public toilets have mostly gone, some motorway service stations may still offer them briefly but I am told they are soon covered up generally.
Quite a lot of gay/bi saunas and more recently hetero swingers clubs have introduced them. But the biggest increase in gloryholes are the private ones, lots to be found on sites like this, mainly male to male but slowly the straighter versions are emerging.
