I would be interested to know if anyone can defend this imbecile of an excuse for a human being
Complete hypocrite as just a short time before his 'incident' as club captain he was advising Villa fans to support the NHS and follow government guide lines
Is 2 weeks wages a suitable fine?
Should he, as a privileged individual, be sanctioned more heavily?
My opinion is that the club should remove the captaincy, invite the FA to charge him with bringing the game into disrepute and publicly decry his actions and his failure to issue a full an sincere apology

Aparently (tonights bbc news) Premier league clubs are still paying these morons full wages...(players) but have furloughed their non-playing staff at 80% capped at £2500/month. |
