Allowed to go for a run once a day. Can always do press ups sit ups squats and if you got stairs walk up and down them for few minutes there is always way to stay fit.

Heading to the park today for a run. Open space so can distance and avoid. Might look for a bike ride over the weekend.

At home then it's just physical garden work

Eeek, Zoom. Major security issues with that system. Not allowed close to any of my computers!

Training for the couch potato Olympics...

I really do need to start doing something. Gave up running a couple of years ago because knees and hips starting to give me gyp, and history of needing hip replacements in my family. Probably try to get out for daily walks now I'm away from the cycle of drive to work, work late, drive home, eat, sleep, repeat.

Don't knkw how people can moan they are bored, there is so much to do. Wish I could just be in the house but Mr and I are key workers.

People lack imagination. There's always so much to do. Life isn't long enough to even touch on things.

We are very happy to be off work.

Some gentle stretches at home and a 30 minute walk stops the old joints from seizing up. Thankfully, there is a field opposite me where social distancing is easy to achieve.

Until or if we're on lockdown for months, exercise isn't really that high on my priority list.

Before this most that could afford it paid to go abroad, lie on a beach and do nothing for 2 or 3 weeks

I've got my weights out and it's killing me. Walking, I'm lucky that I'm more or less on the moors so I bump into no-one while I'm out. Press ups, started at 10 on Sunday and now I'm up to 40!! If the virus doesn't kill me, the keep fit will. I will be the healthiest body in the morgue.

120 clean is my personal best recently.

Keep it up and you'll do more than that!

You must have an awesome home workout set-up to be able to cram all this in!

"Hi, hope all well. What fitness are you all doing at home?"

I have 16, 20 and 24kg kettlebells so have been doing HIIT drills and full body workouts in my local park, or I was until the weather worsened.

Also doing 100 press ups daily and basic arm curls, goblet squats, core work, planks etc.

There's so much you can do from home if you're creative.
