Is he really dead? Hope not. If he is, it is truly the end of an era. Don't think I would agree with his views, though I'm largely ignorant of what they are/were. But if he ever knocks on my door, I would make him a cup of tea. Reckon he'd have some good stories. |

This fake news story did the rounds last week, or in last month, the month before etc etc.
If there was a death in the Royal Family, there would be a break in all Radio and TV programmes to announce it! |

"just been announce that Charles has it... but apparently camilla doesn't...
so now you have to test the entire royal family....
"
One rule the privileged few and one rule for the plebs! They can get tested but the general public can’t unless they are admitted to hospital! |

see... this is where it gets a tad tricky
well "technically" he is in one of the "at risk" groups... the over 70's (he is 71) AND we know that he has had close contact with someone who was confirmed to have the virus (prince albert of monaco, who he was with at an enviromental function 9 days ago)
they are saying the tests were not dont privately, it was done by NHS aberdeen at balmoral
so the questions then because when was the test actually taken and how long did he wait to get the results....
if he waited 4-5 days like the rest of us then i don't have an issue, if he got preferential treatment.. then there will be pushback!
but yes, point fully stands, NHS workers should get priority in a lot of cases.... |
