So many people now working from home or not working at all and the usual social activism coning to a halt , how will you pass all the time ? How will you make sure you grow not shrink ? The risk for many is you abuse your brain with Netflix and porn and slip Into depression.
But there’s actually some great opportunities. Some things we are planning to do / do more more:
Hiking and wild camping in the Peak and Lakes District . We are offering to take people kids to give them a break and teach them some resilience and skills, we promise to leave the really naughty ones there.
Three peaks, Yorkshire 3-peaks, Coast 2 Coast cycle team challenges for all the bored alpha men (and women)
Sort the garden and vegetable plots - but no planting out till 1st May !!!
Find some wild yeast in the forest and make a killer craft IPA.
Watch just about everything on TED talks.
Helping charities , volunteering to deliver, checking in on lonely people, and helping them setup audio conferencing , daily scrums etc many of them are lost when it comes to remote working.
Start 2-3 new home based businesses , not sure exactly what yet , we have a few ideas, good time to leverage low rates, any collaborators, investors or innovators get in touch |

not so funny when peoples mental health will dip. its very important not to let our mental health slip. we need to keep it healthy now for when we are back to the norm or near as norm. walking is a great way to get out and about. appreciate the finer things in life |

Reading some responses people need to lighten up a little. Best of luck with your plans |

It’ll make no difference to me apart from the kids being home more and my working hours reduced. I’m practically a hermit anyway, if we go out walking we go walking in the mountains/forests/beaches so it’s stuff we would normally do anyway. I have coursework i still have to do, i enjoy drawing so might actually get back into that. Gardening, Sort out wardrobes, declutter. Plenty to get on with and keeping the kids entertained. |

Got myself a nintendo swit h and a big backlog of games to play.
That and cycling through the woods should keep me going.
And wanking.... obviously.
Plus, i'm not gonna shave my face or cut my hair until this is over. I reckon we're looking at 9 months, I wanna see how feral I can look by the end of this :D |

Hopefully I will remain fit & continue to work on the "front line" - my spare time will be spent sleeping or aimlessly foraging for food. He is working from home & as I'm his boss at work I shall make sure he has little spare time to waste |
