I just want to say, as a person who works from home that I think you guys and all those who are out there keeping the country going are heroes.
Teachers, the police, NHS people, people manning tills, stacking shelves...all of you. You are appreciated! |

There is a Hong Kong trading company who is selling sanitiser for about £0.35. Good reviews.
Shipping and import taxes about £0.60.
Takes about a week to be delivered.
Minimum order 200 bottles.
Masks about £0.018
Minimum order 1000.
The supply is there.
It is the memetic survival instinct of those who cannot see the bigger picture that is the problem. |

And then put on surical gloves...
The problem is some soaps just make a lather and smell nice but don't kill germs. I've always bought antibacterial soap and hand sanitizer for the home. |

Anything will do including shower gel or bubble bath it doesn't need to be anti bacterial it's a virus. Soap melts away the protective outer of the virus and then it can be washed away. That's why hand gel is less effective |

"Ha the rise of socialism hey? Whilst we work in filthy conditions with no soap! ??"
Desperate times call for desperate measures. Imagine changing the name of soap to shower gel. It's the same thing, so there;s your problem solved. |

Obviously virus aside, antibacterial hand washes do not differentiate between good and bad bacteria. Normal hand-wash with the proper hand-wash regime is best. |

Hand sanitizer is only for when your out & about, it's unless as a proper protector.
Soap is best...b&m had some the other day or try whole salers like Booker/macro....I'm surprised the council don't have any...school toilets should have it & the supply cupboard. |

Several gin makers are turning their alcohol into hand sanitizer - google distilleries nearby and see if any are doing it. If they are plead your case
Good luck OP and as has been said, keep up the great work |

Yes. And the point of detergent based washing is to manually flush away germs. Killing them isn't always necessary, just get them off you and out of your spaces. |

Carbolic soap, the old fashioned answer, also told that tea tree oil based soaps are pretty effective cleaning media.
Not got round to trying the latter but managed to obtain the carbolic. |
