I'm aware of the current situation and the hysteria it is causing, for those that have chosen not to meet I respect you but can we please stop criticising those that choose to continue.
Self isolation is not quarantine you can still go out just not in large groups, and it's not advisable to visit relatives or friends with an underlying conditions or over 70 as they are the at risk group.
If you have a persistent dry cough you will have to quarantine yourself for 7 days if you live with others it is 14 days for all household members.
It is important that you follow basic hygiene practices, keep yourself clean.
If you have been near someone presenting symptoms do not meet anyone I'd advise you quarantine yourself for the recommended 7 days as this virus has a 3 to 4 days incubation period.
If no systoms present themselves after the 7 days you are safe to meet, if systoms because present during that time then quarantine rules apply for the day the systoms presented
Please be responsible and stay safe, if you have any questions call 111 if you find that your mental health is struggling call 116123 |
