We got asked the same thing, if we could live in... who’s looking after us if we catch it and we’re looking after the clients... I had to say no too but I do hope it doesn’t come to that, many of mine would really suffer, scary |

I work at a day centre for adults with learning disabilities. We have less and less service users coming in as parents/homes choose to keep them in, as a precaution. There are still some service users who would be sent in daily even in the event of nuclear war |

"Nhs worker here
It seems an atmosphere is building and I really worry as if we all start taking Ill, who will step in "
We just do what we can as long as we can. And if that means outing yourself in harm's way then so be it. |

Domiciliary carer. I'm not worried for myself. But I'm caring for very old, very fragile people. We've been told when not giving personal care, to keep 2m away. You physically can't in most places without being in a different room, that's not care.
We don't have any cases that we know of yet, but other carers are dropping like flies to see to their families.
Luckily mine are old enough to fend for themselves while I work extra to cover absences |
