Do not have a tummy tuck unless you need it. Remember Lives and Loves of a She Devil many years ago? Do that.

BMI of 40, or 35 and co-morbidities means you can get abdominoplasty on the nhs.

I know that wasn't what you were asking. However, you can find out surgeons success rates. This might be useful for comparing those who do procedures in both the NHS and private sector compared to those who are just Private.
