Interpretting stats is really, really difficult, so in general, we're all pretty rubbish at interpreting research like this. Quoting statistics like this is actually pretty useless to any discussion. Admittedly expert interpretation of stats is far from perfect, but it's much better than what you see in internet forums. In general, you're much, much more likely to be right if you follow the advice of people who actually know what they're talking about. | |||
