GP and probably a blue pill, but should bring back your confidence.

Don't be concerned

I think you already know the problem. Stressed, tired, depressed. Then the added anxiety of knowing you're struggling with erections will make it more difficult then it becomes a vicious circle. Cut down on the booze, eat healthy, exercise, stop smoking (if you do smoke that is), drink plenty of water, get plenty of sleep if possible. None of that's a magic cure, but will go a long way to helping.

No need to be embarrassed about it. Dr's deal with this sort of stuff on a daily basis. After being treated for prostatecancer and its ongoing consequences, I feel like I've had to get my man bits out to everyone in the NHS! There could be another underlying cause for your weak erection, though it may be stress etc,. There are a whole variety of treatments available, which your GP will happily discuss with you. Good luck.

Cancer and Chemo 3x has made things way less reliable, blue pills are great, but sounds like you need to sort your mind out before you try that. Anxiety builds and becomes the cause of the problem. I’d suggest sorting out your issues before trying the blue pill, if you heads not in it, the little pill won’t work and you’ll be even more anxious.

Sending a woman wild with great oral pleasuring tends to boost my confidence, which relaxes me, banishes the anxiety and makes me rock hard! … and everybody’s happy!

That might work for you too.

I kind of disagree. It's true a naked body does nothing for me like it did when I was younger but when demands are made I get hard.

I agree some sex is more exciting, but mostly that is about the person I am with.

I suggest you relax, find someone that really turns you on and go back to boring bed hoping later.

I was coming to say the same

Start with the basics and take it from there

Most men have has times like this, I know I have particularly when stressed.

Beetroot may help as well as Zinc - but this is a “may” and not quite proven. Personally found it beneficial, could be a placebo but eating beetroot is unlikely to cause harm

do not just take a blue pill find out whats causing it first via drs it could be something very simple or it could be something comples ...

viagra and others are not 100% safe ..yes sure for most they are and work well but sometimes even the drs get it wrong my hubs was put on it by his dr back then it was a low dose first 25mg thats one quater of a pill and it had my husband blue lighted to hospital and a 7 week stay ... this pill is not a one pill suits all ...

as with everything there are risk and those who pop them like candy just really dont know deep down what harm will become especially those who dont need them ...

so tho its sage for many its not for all

No, No, No.

Don't be tempted to take a blue pill or self medicate before professional advice.

This is what I mentioned previously regarding advice from FAB and social media in general, don't go there.

I'm sure its nothing to worry about but you allude to heart condition on your previous posts so please, please pop along to your GP.

Nothing to be embarrassed about, they have seen and heard it all before a thousand times.

Right, the rules prevent me from using a certain word - but, Hy*nosis or H*pnosis if you see what I mean. I am qualified in this field.

So, this can happen to anyone at any time, for a variety of reasons. It could be stress at work, or general fatigue. There is no reason why it would happen again, but, because it can be embarrassing, it is easy for the anxiety and fear of it happening again to actually cause it to happen again. Using Hypn*sis will help. If you look up “Hy*nosis Downloads” on the internet, They have a good script to resolve this without the need for blue pills.

Also, this can be a signal of something physical, an early warning. So it is also worth getting a check up - always be safe and get checked.

Happens in about 1 in 4 men over 40. Many cause stress, lacy lack of sleep overweight, drugs or alcohol. Worry, anxiety. But very treatable. I saw a specialist at 63 and it was very worthwhile. I'm diabetic.

If you've had heart problems defo see a Dr before taking the blue pill off any online vendor.

Viagra was originally developed for heart problems, helping with erections was a side effect. But it does elevate your blood pressure and does advise not to take if have heart problems or at risk from a stroke.

Talk to a Dr.

There are many opinions and advice on this chat. Be logical and don’t become a Google diagnoses and treater. GP’s will view you holistically and as such ask questions about work, family/social life and with that they glean the necessary details. Only when certain about a diagnosis will you get treatment.

Stress and depression are signs of Mental Heath of which there is commonly a cause. Does effect erectile disfunction but advised changes may help. So, make an in-person appointment with your GP. Then your mind will not be so overwhelmed.

Life is precious, live every moment well.

High blood pressure? Get yourself fitter, and mentally in a better place before going down the route of medication. But of course, see a doctor if worried.

And don’t put any pressure on yourself to perform or worry about whether you’ll rise to the occasion - that is guaranteed to leave things hanging.

"Recently noticed that my erection are not as strong or long lasting as used to be."

So you are getting an erection!

That's a win in my book.

Now keeping it going is a matter of mind over matter. Stress, lack of sleep and anxiety are all erection killers so address those. Diet, exercise and lifestyle changes will all help. Stop drinking alcohol.

Remember we can't stay rock-hard like a teenager and sometimes men put unfair expectations on themselves and get depressed when they can't measure up to those silly standards.

Relax and try to get your nerves under control and get the cortisol levels down by eating healthy.

Also, remember your mind has to be turned on before anything rises. I'm fully at my best when I fancy the person physically, mentally and spiritually.

And as many pointed out: seek professional help. Men should be seeing our GP at least once a year for a check up. Blue pills will only mask the problem and not solve them. You need blood work done and a holistic check up.

You've mentioned previous heart issues....whatever you do do not take pills without seeing your doctor first.

First I’d get a checkup with your GP. While weaker erections are normal as you get older it just helps rule out it’s not due to underlying health issues. Exercise will help if you don’t already. Once you’ve checked off the above, then cock rings can be a great help before looking at ED pills

It could just be age. Testosterone decreases a certain percentage year on year from your 20s.

Same thing happened to me when I hit about 40. I'm 45 now, and it's only getting worse as time goes on. I only have sex about once a year just to remind myself I'm still human, and even that is sometimes flat and mechanical. I can only speak for myself here, but aside from using Viagra, I learnt to accept it and direct my energies to other areas of life, otherwise the anxiety and depression would only increase, and further compound the problem.

All of the advice about seeing your GP is exactly the right thing to do.

If I could add a bit of humour to a serious subject, many years ago (late 80s?) in a novelty shop I saw a tube promising "100% Guaranteed Erection Cream".

The instructions were:

1) apply a liberal amount of cream to the penis,

2) somehow persuade Joanna Lumley to rub it in well.

Lifestyle changes can help to a degree (good quality sleep, regular exercise, healthy balanced diet with whole foods, reducing alcohol, staying well hydrated, managing stress levels) but definitely see your GP if your symptoms are ongoing or getting you down. Your GP may want to do a blood test to check your testosterone levels (and other biomarkers). Certainly see your GP before taking any blue pills (or testosterone boosters) from elsewhere.

Please don’t take medical advice and I’m not offering any but as a 46 year old guy I was doing ok. I then went on a bit of a health kick, exercise, eating healthy etc. laid off the beers and whisky and suddenly after I’d lost a fair bit of weight, I woke up one morning with a glorious morning wood.

Didn’t realise that I hadn’t seen the old morning glory for a few years… confidence now restored. Getting healthy isn’t easy and takes a lot of work but oh my days, it is worth it!

I had the same stuff going on once. I realised that as soon as I was in a ‘romantic’ scenario and the thought flashed through my head that it might soften… it did.

So the key to it was realising that there’s nothing going on except my stupid head.

If you've had heart problems defo see a Dr before taking the blue pill off any online vendor.

Viagra was originally developed for heart problems, helping with erections was a side effect. But it does elevate your blood pressure and does advise not to take if have heart problems or at risk from a stroke.

You are not alone buddy, I lost my penetrative appetite couple of years ago in the same time with my erection. I mean I still have election but not in the right moment.

When I saw a specialist she told me is because of my stress, tired, working nights for about 10 years double shift and not the last she said that being a submissive guy plays a part here.

I am embarrassed my self same like you, is not easy to find people that not into penetrative sex but head up see a specialist.

I've had a similar problem. I now take 2.5mg of tadalafil daily. Found that it's really helped physically and mentally. It's a very low dose so doesn't affect other meds I take. Just given me a slight boost.

Been through the same problem a few years back.

See your GP and get a referral to the local hospital, they'll give you a complete health check and you'll get an expert diagnosis of what your current physical health is. Then if there's nothing wrong with you physically you'll know that it's a psychological problem which is the cause of your lack of stamina.

Mine was a reduction in the production of testosterone which is easily remedied, a bonus is that I get Viagra/sildenafil on prescription, and I get it free too

"GP and probably a blue pill, but should bring back your confidence.

Don't be concerned

"

The blue pill is a quick fix, but getting to see a specialist on the NHS can take up to 15 months round here, seeing as there is only one person covering the whole trust! Not good!

Looking at your dick pics it seems you have a long and tight foreskin?

Mine looked similar to yours and as I got older would go back over my glans during penetration. It also meant that I'd get sore masturbating and when being played with. The resulting confidence issues made things even worse.

This all led to ED issues and I tried tadalfil plus lube which masked the issues to an extent. Ended up getting circumcised last year and my erection quality is a lot better. Only need meds when a kid free weekend is planned but I miss the gym pump they would give me as a nice side effect.

Probably low testosterone.. It happens to all men, gets lower with age. Have chat with the doctor or buy a kit that measures your testosterone level.

Please don't take any medical advice/pills/supplements from the Internet. Always see your GP.

I do think you've probably diagnosed your problem. Tired ans stressed does not make for a well penis. Then I'm sure you get inside your own head and put extra pressure on yourself.

Avoid porn and ONS for a while and sleep with someone patient and understanding for the time being.Be kind to yourself Xx

I've always found exercise is a great stress reliever. I cycle and run, but as long as you're doing something to raise your heart rate, then it can be very beneficial. As others have said, speak with your GP first. Especially if starting a new exercise regime as you've mentioned previous heart problems.

Talking to someone helps as well. Good luck. As can be seen on here, there are plenty of us who are willing to listen.

Just come back from a raunch holiday in the States and found that lots fo people are taking weekly and bi weekly testosterone shots to increase their libido and staying power.

I was a big hesitant when offered one, a jab in the derrière but did find that I could go on for ages fucking 5 women hard at one party.

Never heard about this before but my mates wife did the injection on me herself

It makes a difference in your age presumably .

However it's best for anyone younger to avoid or delay resorting to supplemental testosterone because your own produced testosterone will be hindered. Your testicles will shrink a bit as well.

When you stop injecting , it'll take a while before your testosterone secretion resumes.

Luckily some of us can still fuck 5+ women to orgasm. What will happen when we become your age, who knows...

You may be surprised but many women (not related to fab at all) prefer to be massaged by male masseuse. Some cite cross energy, some prefer larger hands and power, some simply want to feel excited (without doing anything sexual)

Thats amazing and lucky for you!

Been in this lifestyle for 40 years and literally penetrated hundreds of women but only 2 I've remembered have come just from fucking.

My missus and everyone one else has needed a toy or other to get off,

Still. fucking 5 women in one afternoon, at my age, despite them not cumming has chuffed me off.

Please be careful

Taking a medication you haven’t been prescribed is rarely good

Of course you most likely stop and find that you were worse than when you started due to your body stopping making testosterone itself as your getting it from outside the body

My advice as someone with a little knowledge and medical know how is

Get a blood test see what you are deficient in as it’s not the testosterone that makes you horny it’s the lutinising hormone (sorry about the spelling) or LH that makes guys horny along with DHEA. Both these if low can be supplemented very easily and without injections.

I did just this and an all in one supplement once a day gave me rock hard erections every morning and whenever I felt in the mood also the recovery between orgasms is a lot shorter

A follow up blood test showed that both this we’re now the top end of normal so no need for injections just for a libido until I am alot older and my body naturally stops making it

If anyone wants to know more message me I have the company I used and I really can fault them
