Medical secretary here so here's what the letters I type out for the doctors will routinely say:
The patient was reminded that nitrates should not be used within 24 hours after the last dose of sildenafil (Viagra) or within 48 hours of the last dose of tadalafil (Cialis)
So it's nitrates that you have to worry about, which is not a BP pill but a 'heart pill'

You can now buy V over the counter and a consultation will take place before you hand over 19.95 for 4 x 50mg blues..
A leaflet will be enclosed in the box containing do's and don'ts.
Obviously not advisable if you have a severe heart or liver problem and not to be taken if you have low blood pressure..
My advice would be to follow pharmacy and or Dr's advice.
Be careful listening to fab experts!
Overall, it is a relatively safe drug that help millions of men ( esp) every day worldwide..
Good luck. |

"Can you take the blue pill while you are on blood pressure pills."
Blood pressure meds can cause ED.. known fact. You can therefore get Viagra on prescription alongside your blood pressure pills. Obviously depends what else you're on, but ask your GP

Talk to the doctor.
Unless you're red pilled and realise that medical staff are minions of the jibby mcjabbity cabal designed to destroy humanity, as promoted by the lizardy elders of Zion
*Psst Swing we don't mention the anti-Semitic links in public anymore, we wait until people have taken more red pills* |

"Suggest you contact your GP to ask but I can't think they would be the best combination " why would you waste a drs time for such trivial rubbish? Go ask a pharmacist that's what they're there for.

"Can you take the blue pill while you are on blood pressure pills."
You shouldn't ask on a forum because we don't know yours or your families medical history, blood pressure and blue pills aren't smarties.
For the poster who said "go for it" what a ridiculous comment for a fellow swinger |

My pharmacist explained to me that viagra was originally developed as a treatment for high blood pressure (by relaxing/opening the arteries)
It was found that as it relaxes the blood vessels and blood flow in the penis, it enables easier erections. So, bearing in mind I’m on a very low dose age of BP medication he had no concerns (in my case) about lowering my BP too far if I took viagra. But as has been previously stated, check with a professional. A pharmacist is perfectly qualified to advise you. |
