If people don't post in this section, then it will disappear off the bottom of the list.
By posting a new topic, you're actually increasing the length of time it will stay around.
The best way to make the Viru Section disappear, would be to just not interact with it.

I would suggest that the mere existence of a forum for people to discuss things is not stopping you getting on with your life. The suggestion of not posting is completely valid, as are previous suggestions on similar topics such as don’t click on the section.
Whether there should be more areas for discussion is a very different but valid question. It would allow people to focus more attention into subjects that interest them |

There's no point in deleting the virus section. Widely discussed at the G20 summit this month was the need to develop the digital infrastructure born out of the COVID pandemic. It will be needed for 'when the next one comes along'. So expect to see vaccine passports make a return to the new normal of everyday life. It was also discussed that the digital infrastructure will be used to incorporate a carbon spending limit for everyone which will be linked to your central bank digital currency.
So with pandemics and global warming becoming the biggest threats to planet earth....I think the virus section should be re-badged as 'The Invisible Enemy Section' ...  |

I was just saying for the rare questions that get asked on it can we scrap the section.
As or the comments about getting on with life I know people are but how long we keeping it?. Fast forward 2032 and I've had my 20th jab so I'm safe even though I can still pass it on or get covid will be a great read. It was just a thought and I was thinking most would say yes let's get rid of that terrible few years and memories but instead people like Winston have to be stupid about it, I'm out and not going to talking in covid section (or camping), |

It should be kept whats the issue if anyone dont want it just scroll past and no need to look let alone post.
As having had covid few month ago and quite ill I keep upto to news on it to a degree.
Fact that China are trying to contain by further locking down currently is another reason to keep it going.
Maybe poster just likes to moan about something for sake of it.

Didn't think it would be worth our time.
