That's what Asthmatics feel when they are having a bad time with their Asthma...IE: Chest Infection or an Asthma attack.

Yep, absolutely! Throw covid in the mix and it’s a recipe for disaster! Double screwed!

That's exactly what dysfunctional breathing feels like, along with an abdominal spasm that feels like something is going rip itself free from the ribcage.

Never been kept in hospital with my asthma thank the gods, have however had plenty of nebulisers over the years and hate them as they make me feel so damn sick

Treat yourself to a Bounty, as the coconut inside, will help take the sting out of your chest. Raw cabbage tendrils (the white bits that you throw out also have the same effect.)

Chicken soup really helps as well.

That sounds horrible. It’s always worse at night time too isn’t it? Not had that suffocating luckily.

I’ve just got dizziness now and again, rapid breathing, tight/heavy chest. X

I did . Turned out to be a huge blood clot on my lung. Saddling / straining my heart. No booster for me.

I often get this feeling, even more so since having had covid. I am a brittle asthmatic so my breathing is often rubbish anyway.

Today walking to work i was struggling hugely, breathless, my chest was so tight, heavy, feeling dizzy

I agree. And it’s the double AstraZeneca jabbed that suffer most.
