How many days before the all clear ?

Extended family came down with Covid. Around about the 22nd Dec. They've been in isolation. Haven't spoken to them since, and wondered when it'd be safe to meet them for a coffee (at our home).

Could they still be harbouring the virus or would it be out of their system now ?

Isolation is I belive 7 days for vaccinated if you have a clear lft on day 6 and again on day 7 and 10 days otherwise but after the 19 days I think you are clear from isolation anyway, best advice would be to check the Gov website or if you have the NHS covid app on your phone that should have the up to date information

If you wanted to be safer you could meet them outside for a coffee
