I'm no expert so not sure what is needed to disprove it, but there seems to be plenty of studies that suggest it has, at least to the extent viruses can be isolated. But I'm not sure what not having a fully isolated virus actually means ... It feels like is a gotcha that adds little to the debate. | |||

I have assessed it enough and know that it's not for me to follow the crowd on, this time. " The pandemic is killing people accross the whole world; the WHO and all other statistics tell us that. The graveyards of the world are now increasingly being filled with the bodies of those who did not believe covid-19 would harm them whilst fewer and fewer vaccinated people die. The scientifically advised restrictions are destroying international trade and wrecking economies whilst vastly increasing national debts. At any other time such matters would be terminal for any Government (except perhaps N Korea). Why do you think our Government is doing this to get a "grip" of the people? We are the decendants of those that fought and died in two world wars to preserve our freedom. The scientists and statisticians who are educated and experienced in these matters cannot possibly have missed the fact (if it is the case) that more people are taking the test so it will result in more positives. Even I can see that. However I expect they will have corrected for that and still find a problem. Healthcare in this country has been free at the point of delivery since the NHS was formed in July 1948. Why do you think they will suddenly start charging? Do you really believe any government could stay in power if they did that? The people making money out of this are Amazon and Big pharma. I have no doubt they influence Governments but not to the extent the Govt would continue to impose restrictions that are wrecking the economy and pissing off the majority if the voters. I have stepped back and assessed the situation and decided, unpleasant though it is, I will put up with some inconvenience to protect the lives of the vulnerable. | |||

" I don't trust BJ at all like yourself, I do however follow the advice of Professor Chris Witty who, the other day nearly went as far as saying lock down and he still got kicked by Tories for revealing how stark the situation is. Of course, cases will be less if we don't get tested obviously, that's why it is IMPORTANT to get tested and to have a second jab or booster jab three months after your previous jab. It prevents you from going to hospital and keeps the economy open if you want your freedom to continue, then people should be getting jabbed but not forced ! It's in the interest of everyone and the economy and, your freedom. Problem is, is that Bojo is telling the nation to get jabbed asap but you can't get jabbed until exactly 3 months have passed from your previous so testing therefore is vital and isolation if positive. Not going to share all the tricks of the trade but there are a few general topics that assessing their views can help build a picture.
