Been going on for a month now. Started with sore throat, breathing problems, headaches, night sweats. Last ten days got much worse. Total lack of energy. I’m usually very active but now can barely walk 100yds or climb a flight of stairs. No appetite.

Chest X-ray and heart scan later.

I just feel completely fucked. I’m sleeping well, in fact too well. Get to about midday and it’s all I want to do.

Been seen once by doctor with two telephone calls. They say “lots of it around”. “If you start getting chest pains, go to A&E”.

I’ve never had anything like this. Starting to wonder if it’s to do with the vaccine?

Try Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. It could be mental stress or the result of a virus you fought off months ago. Don't ignore it though.

There will be a swarm of people telling you to speak to a doctor and not take medical advice from random strangers on fab. Even though you've got more chance of walking on water than getting a doctor to admit it's vaccine related (if it was). That said, there are a lot of really bad non-covid viruses going around that you can thank the lockdowns for.

Occams razor. If you tested negative for Covid, it's most probably due, as your GP states, to 1 of the other prolific viruses that's around. Many people had immune systems that had been starved of contact with other people and potential infections.

When did you get your Covid vaccine, to consider it having anything to do with it?

Just coming up to six months. Had my chest X-ray but struggled to walk there. ECG at 15:00, waiting for call back from doctor.

Now getting worried as even struggling to get up from a chair. Thinking of A&E!

I've had some sort of infection for over a week, affecting my sinuses and head in general. I've not been this unwell for years. My sinuses are blocked, my face hurts, my head hurts, I'm blowing yellow/blood stained gunge out, my ears are blocked/I'm part deaf, my tooth roots ache, I'm exhausted. Finally got through to the doc this morning and have some antibiotics on the way. It's definitely not COVID (tool PCR test), it's some other infection that's going around. What would help is if colleagues didn't come into work when full of disease. They get full pay for working at home.....

All over the place! Northwesr, , Southwest

A number of my fully vaxxed colleagues have been hit with bad colds / cough / flu like symptoms and tested negative for COVID. What's worrying is that this has occurred over a period of time where the weather is comparatively mild.

Difficult to say if there is a link to vaccination. A saw an interview with a Dr Ryan Cole who runs the largest independent lab in the state of Idaho. What he's witnessing is the crippling of fully vaxxed individual's immune systems, most notably lower T-cell counts. They're the ones that keep viruses and cancers in check. He's witnessing a several fold increase in all types of cancers since the beginning of the year.

Coincidence or not these findings merit closer investigation.

Myalgic encephalomyelitis has been a diagnosable condition under that name since 1955. It was coined by a doctor at the Royal Free hospital in response to a syndrome he observed in patients, that resembled polio in some ways but was not polio.

The name has not changed. People have used the term "chronic fatigue syndrome" as a form of common parlance.

Both of us had something very similar, Beast seems to be getting it again whereas Devil seems to be just about pulling through.

Devil here- I have full sick pay, however can only self-certify for a week. And there is the worry about "hitting sickness triggers" which, in my opinion, should be suspended or amended in current circumstances. But nothing's going to happen as most of the office staff (HR included), they are still working from the coziness of their homes, with no need to travel on public transport. So they don't care.

The Doctor Ryan Cole, has been campaigning for months against the vaccines and promotin gbaseless claims, not backed by supporting evidence. With almost a year behind him, he would have been able to submit evidence and had it published by now. I think you'll find he's just another Republican who has been against masks and vaccinea, whilst pushing Ivermectin, from the start and has likely earned very well from his prolific campaigning activities.

It's worth not getting sidetracked from the OPs post, as he's unwell and deserves our support.

Thankfully, the benefits of the vaccines outweigh any of the negatives. Any risks are miniscule in comparison with Covid. We're all enjoying the freedom that came from July too, courtesy of the different vaccines that we have.

Because we wore masks for so long our immunity has become very poor against the common cold, This has resulted in the cold becoming a lot stronger than it has been in the past.

Yes. More exposure equates to more protection, via the bilogical school of hard knocks.

This explains why the New World natives got floored by the European invaders, with their common colds, which weren't common to those Indians.

I understand and sympathise. I'm referring to colleagues who are well enough to work but are coughing and sneezing all over everyone else. Our employer is happy for people to work from home in these circumstances, on full pay (obviously) but people seem hell bent on coming in and spreading germs.

We are lucky to get full pay when off sick for short periods, but most of the people spreading germs are the "walking ill" who can still work.

They didn't debunk him, they said he hadn't proved his case, big difference. Frankly a pretty generic criticism that could be thrown at most things and most of you are only too happy to believe unproven things that fit the narrative you want to believe in.

Semantics. There's no evidence of mRNA vaccines causing autoimmune diseases nor malignancy. I'll wait for his Nature paper providing evidence to the contrary, of course.

Sounds very similar to what my mum is in hospital with. Her symptoms started a few hours after the booster jab. She's tested negative for covid but is in hospital under observation.

I appreciate that anyone can have a reaction to a vaccine, and it's not certain that that is the cause rather than one of the cold viruses doing the rounds.

I'll still be having my booster when I can though.

Hope the OP is OK.

I'm sure the people with health issues afterwards don't feel that way.

I've got two sick friends right now who have had really bad reactions to the booster jab(az x2 and pfizer booster) Like myself, both had covid early on with no major hassle and had zero side effects from first 2 jabs. Both required hospital treatment hours after the booster.

I'm seeing more stories of issues after the booster and I wonder if its something to do with the mixed doses or a reaction in those previously infected. Pretty much scared me out of getting my 3rd jab.

After reading this thread, I realize I have post vaccine migraines. I’ve always had them but only two or three a year, I’m having 2 or 3 a week now.

I have a food diary thinking it may be something I’ve eaten but nothing was adding up. Nothing made sense until today.

I received the J & J vaccine in May and the severe migraines started at the end of July, early August.

My most recent PCR was negative.

I got a nasty virus ( non covid) shortly after getting my flu and covid jabs.. ( booster for covid) I think many are sadly catching this cold virus that is going around and the timing is just a bit naff. Everyone I know has had their booster... about 1/2 have also come down with this bug that's going around. Ive felt rough as hell for over 3 weeks now not it is just a viral infection

Well, after being told on Monday at 15:00 that I was at imminent risk of heart failure, then told I probably had a small heart attack within the last two weeks. So, straight to A&E. I will save you the detail that tested my belief in the NHS bit was finally given a bed at 04:00 next morning.

Loads of tests that eventually show problem is a large clot in my lung restricting supply and staring my heart. Full body scan today to find more. One leg hurts like hell so expecting something there.

They say a viral infection can cause blood clots. I know two guys that have had blood clots this year after the AZ vaccine. I’m the third.

Our original post states symptoms of some sort of infection and you say you had the vaccine six months ago. Unfortunately blood clots are pretty common during systemically infection and especially so in middle aged people. Occam's razor = you had an infection that has resulted in this situation, unfortunately.

I know plenty of people who experienced blood clots prior to Covid vaccines existing - what caused them??

Hope you start to feel better with treatment.

I'm really sorry to read this and I wish you a very quick recovery.

I'm thinking this is vaccine related. Even experts can get things wrong, basically anyone getting vaccinated is in uncharted territory and are essentially guinea pigs for results, it's a time will tell thing. Hopefully you come out a survivor not just for your sake but for everyone who has taken the vaccine.

I am constantly worried for friends and family who have had the vaccine dreading any phone calls with bad outcomes.

"Been going on for a month now.

When did u have vaccine

"Apologies. I just discovered that CFS and ME are the same thing.

If you are not well versed in the condition you are trying to talk about, it's probably best not to say anything."

People only commenting on areas they are an expert on? That would turn the forums into a ghost town!

"ME was a popular condition to have a few decades ago.Seems to be less in evidence nowadays but, broadly, had the sort of symptoms the OP describes."

I hardly think popular is the right word my eldest son has suffered with this terrible condition for years

I've had/got the same, started in June, symptoms like a chest infection, I've had 5 lots of antibiotics and steroids, done a&e 4 times on nebulizer, had xrays, ecgs, blood tests, all clear. Was twice weekly testing (pcr) due to work since start of covid, never been positive. I'm still not good, can't walk very far without struggling to breath. Don't think it was vaccine as 1st was January & 2nd April. Back to see dr next week, looks like a referral to respiratory next. Hope you start to feel better soon OP

I notice the OP has logged onto the site recently, but I was wondering how he progressed with this issue? I've heard of s few people coming down with similar symptoms.

"A few weeks ago I noticed a sticky residue on my car, almost like tree sap dropped in the spring, also heavy rainfalls with flooding and very damp air with mild temperatures a perfect storm to set off sinus flu even hayfever like symptoms.

There's stuff in the rain I'm sure setting it all off."

That’ll be the crap they’re spraying us with in the chemtrails.

Have a look up at the sky and see how many planes are up there with white streaks following them and see how they spread out. Contrails don’t do that, they evaporate.

It came to a head ten days ago. Finally got to see my GP. After an examination and an ECG, he called me to a room, a nurse joined and put her hand on my shoulder. Doctor said” you are at imminent risk of heart failure and we think you had a small attack a few weeks back, do not leave, we will get an ambulance to hospital “.

Two days in hospital, I won’t bore you with the A&E shambles. Anyway, correct diagnosis was a very large blood clot that was straining my heart. Further clots in my leg. We hope no lasting damage to heart but further scans to check. I blame the AZ vaccine and know two guys here that also had clots. I’m on the mend.

Thank you. Second day at Broomfield restored my faith in the NHS, well looked after by some great people.

Utter rubbish. Unless, of course, you are tongue in cheek.

Whether contrails evaporate or not depends entirely on the humidity of the atmosphere at the time. sometimes they disappear almost immediately, other times they spread far and wide and eventually start obscuring the sun.

Glad the OP is on the mend but as he had his vaccine 6 months ago... can I please point out it was not likely to be anything to do with that.

Those that were getting the blood clots were getting them very quickly after the vaccine. Within a week in most cases.

Not saying it wasnt as I'm not a doctor but.... the risk to getting blood clots from any of the vaccines was actually lower than the risk from the contraceptive pill... and lower than the risk from flying.
