"I havent no to be honest its only today ive reached breaking point with it."
Bless you. I hope someone comes on who can advise you of something to help. Do report it though. It's important thatvall side effects are notified to aid future vaccine development |

"I mean taking a largely un tested vaccine that 99%don’t need that had proved to be pretty poor at it’s intended job was going to have side effects"

We both had tiredness after both our Jabs, few days after each for 2 days, so wasn't that bad for us two. On a plus note we now have our vaccine passport and it has just got it's first use to cross the Isle of Man border where they are only allowing people in who have had both Jabs |

Fatigue is one of the many symptoms; I now take vitamin D tablets daily and my fatigue has abated.
I would avoid really high dose or high strength D tablets as there is a risk of kidney stones in some instances; little and often is best.
For a time I was utterly exhausted, and had headaches, but I persisted and I am feeling really energetic, thankfully. |

I think you posted in the wrong section.
The different vaccines were tested through the full standard 4 stages and the UK MHRA medicines approvals body reviewed all data. Over 1 million people have been involved in the trials. Over 3 billion doses given to people.
The vaccines have proved to be extremely good at doing what they were developed for. Tens of thousands of deaths prevented. Many tens of thousands more organ failures prevented too. Our economy opened up and your freedoms regained.
It's vaccines and restrictions that we have to thank for getting us away from how much more terrible things could have been. It's not over yet and we are all at risk, especially the unvaccinated. As said, you can Welcombe and enjoy restrictions or vaccines that almost 99% of us do need, to minimise damage to our country and our lives. |

I've never quite understood that, it's impossible to make to much vitamin D from sun exposure, in 35 minutes of midday sun the average white person can produce in some circumstances five times the DRD?.
Is it the breaking down on the synthetic D causing kidney stones?. |

From personal experience I found extreme high doses of vitamin D taken weekly then tailing down for a month worked like you couldn't believe (this was winter time).
In summer I never get fatigued as I regularly receive enough sunlight. |
