Hi everyone I am currently self isolating and the boredom is truly set in with 3 days left to go. I’d love to chat to people who are also isolating and know how you are keeping sane.

Non isolators also welcome

all loved up

If you have a garden enjoy it. I'm expecting to have to self isolate any day as someone in my house has tested positive ( I dont have to isolate as such as I can still go into work as long as I do my daily tests, which I think is dumb as anything but there you go)

Find unfinished jobs around the house or all those things that you keep saying you will do when you have time

I had to self isolate a few weeks ago. I was still working from home. Hard part was not going to the shops and having to order online.

Get in touch with people you haven’t spoken to in a while and check they are ok. It’s always good to hear from people after a long spell. Make plans for after your self isolation.

I guess it’s not the staying home which is hard it’s having the option to leave the premises removed.

I have enjoyed the garden today and built a hedgehog hotel

I read somewhere they are on the decline and seen one in the garden yesterday evening, maybe this will encourage it to take down the slugs which plague my strawberries.

I’ve lost my sense of smell and taste so food has somewhat lost its appeal, it is merely fuel for my body now.
