Yes. Plenty of posts on the forum showing different responses after the vaccine, ranging from no periods to heavy periods to bleeding in peri/post menopausal women.
In most cases so far, it settles down after a month or two.

Yes it has been well documented, even people who have finished the menopause have in some cases started menstruating again. It does seem to settle after a while.
