This government has resisted and put off a public enquiry into their dealing of the pandemic, though the way things are going they may be as well to get a public enquiry over with as soon as possible before more revelations of their dodgy dealings emerge.
This is possibly the most corrupt government in modern times Britain. A government unwilling to accept any criticism or blame for their ineptitude.
No.1 cunt Hancock is joined by Patel, Eustice, Shapes, Cummings and Johnston himself as all who have been involved in criminal acts, and or dodgy dealings, add to that the incompetence of Dido and Williamson amoungst others and it really is time to show this bunch of corrupt and useless politicians the door. I would let the families of bereaved 'victims' and those TOLD by Hancock that they couldn't visit elderly, or sick and dying family members deal with Hancock in their own way, and with no mercy I would hope. |

I would be surprised to hear that anyone wanted to volunteer themselves for an enquiry...
Realistically, the government have been incompetent in many aspects of how they have handled the situation, but that's not the same as criminal.
Where I believe they have possibly broken the law is with the issuing of lucrative contracts on the name of covid.

12 May 2021 - House of Commons: Prime Minister has confirmed to the Commons that a full, independent, public Covid inquiry – with Legal Powers – will be established. The inquiry will begin in Spring 2022.

Disagree, we should by now be starting one but Boris is pushing the line you've taken not because that's the case but that's because it's political and there looks to be more emphasis on hiding or covering up mistakes rather than in a public arena learn and acknowledge those mistakes so we can do things better where required because we are going to live with this virus and it's the right thing to do to not make the same again..
This 'promise' by a proven liar that one will commence next year is about kicking it down the road to a point where Boris won't be there and nor will Hancock and the incumbent will say the same old BS that Governments do and people will shrug..

They know the tide is turning with public opinion,Hancock was always going to be the fall-guy with his head on a platter, (strange this cctv has only just surfaced now)?
Im sure theres lots more to come. Unfortunately Johnson knows hes untouchable, especially with no viable opposition, although this weeks costumes were armed forces and hes trying to do a Thatcher Falklands thing by deliberately prodding and provoking the Big Red Bear -what could possibly go wrong?  |

Going back on the public enquiry thing, it is I think best to have it while this bunch of charlatans are still in power, hold them accountable and embarrass them. But as we have already seen from this government nothing seems to embarrass them or for them to even admit they have done things wrong.
I don't dispute it is a difficult job running the country in the midst of a pandemic and any political party would have problems dealing with it.
BUT BUT do we really need and should we have to put up with corrupt politicians wasting taxpayers money, and lots and lots of OUR money on ineptitude and corruption on a scale like this.
You can see where the anti covid crew are able to fuel their arguement from (though I in no way agree with that argument) but this corruption just unfortunately fuels their arguement.

I don't necessarily agree with independence and I never voted for it first time around and never reasonnated with Salmons or Krankie wanting absolute power,
And yeah wee krankie has her faults but she is a much more accomplished politician than Boris will ever hope to be and the longer this corrupt group of Westminster politicians are in power it gives more credence to Scottish independence |

Personally I don’t think you can lay all the blame on the Government. This has been an unprecedented occurrence.
What you should focus your anger at are the arseholes who don’t follow guidelines. If everyone kept their distance, always wore a mask and didn’t mingle the virus wouldn’t have anywhere to go.
Governments don’t spread Covid. People do!

Well the government have regularly failed to protect the population from death. Whether it was ‘herd imunity’ at the start, failure to protect Care Home residents, ignoring Project cygnus findings. All of these should be rgarded as negligent as they were deliberate decisions.
This should be regarded as Corporate Manslaughter. Quite a few ministers & possibly the whole cabinet are potentially guilty. Lets hope they don’t try a Trump defence by loading the Commission with more buddies…  |

Yeah people have to take personal responsibility but this bunch of Westminster politicians have shown over and over again that they don't follow the same guidelines that they ask us to do.
