The NHS could/should do the sorting out instead of taking the easy out and blaming (any) Government. The management of the NHS is appalling and needs to be given a wake up call, but as long as people believe it's the governments job the management will never do their job. |

It was said this morning that yesterday this country had 27 covid deaths and over 1000 flu related deaths. I don't see people going on about this, the way they are about covid. There is something wrong here if these figures are correct and that is the truth. The government are only telling us what they want us to hear. Apparently that night club trial in Liverpool where around 5000 people attended did not produce one case of covid. The government havnt said much about that either. I'm sorry but things have to change. This is now getting ridiculous. |

Less than 43 % of attendees completed a test after the event. Of those 15 positive cases were found.
It was 2 months ago when the community infection rate was approx 8 per 100,000 in Sefton.
Community infection in Sefton now is.. 143 per 100,000 nearly 17 times higher now.
Today there were over 16k new infections. When the event was on the daily new infections was...2000... So 8 times higher now.
It's important if you're expressing apparently data to get the numbers right and not just make stuff up. As frustrated as you and everyone else may be.
