So.....i did it! Rolled up my sleeve and done the deed..... kinda don't feel so well, but tomorrow is a workday and I'm in!
I'd love a snug right now but im a sweary, bunged up mess! Kleenex are going to make a fortune off me in the next few days!!!
However.....one down....one to go!

I was lucky and didn't have any side effects from both of my jabs. Hopefully you'll be over yours soon and at least you'll be protected from the worst of covid shoukd you be unlucky enough to catch it. |

Ah, bless you all.... today has been written off.... man flu is a real thing!! Hahaha but im still here, so cant be bad!!
And my internet connection is still crap, so obviously the injected microchip was faulty!! Lol
Get it done and as that really awful dance track says "dont believe the hype"!!
Living proof it aint gonna kill you!!
I had it bad last year.... but this is a doddle!

quite dangerous advice paracetamol are to be taken 6 hours apart no more than 8 tabs in 24 hrs so 2 every 6 hours is the correct dose |

It's not dangerous advice at all. It's ibuprofen that needs to be 6hrs apart.
The following is taken from a paracetamol tablet patient information leaflet:
"How to take Paracetamol tablets
Always take this medicine exactly as described in
this leaflet or as your doctor has told you. Check
with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not
sure.
Swallow the tablets with water.
The recommended dose is
• Adults including the elderly and children
over 16 years: 1 or 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours
as required, to a maximum of 8 tablets in 24
hours.
• Children 10-15 years: 1 tablet every 4-6 hours
as required, to a maximum of 4 tablets in 24
hours.
• Do not give to children under 10 years.
Do not take more medicine than the label tells
you to. If you do not get better, talk to your
doctor."
