Well done

I felt like shit from 12-30 hours after my first. Flu symptoms sort of thing. Well worth it, for me.

I was lucky and didn't have any side effects from both of my jabs. Hopefully you'll be over yours soon and at least you'll be protected from the worst of covid shoukd you be unlucky enough to catch it.

quite dangerous advice paracetamol are to be taken 6 hours apart no more than 8 tabs in 24 hrs so 2 every 6 hours is the correct dose

Just had the most vile mail, advising against! Literally almost in tears, it was so horrible.

Sorry,

My body....

My choice!

Done...... and relieved!

It's not dangerous advice at all. It's ibuprofen that needs to be 6hrs apart.

The following is taken from a paracetamol tablet patient information leaflet:

"How to take Paracetamol tablets

Always take this medicine exactly as described in

this leaflet or as your doctor has told you. Check

with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not

sure.

Swallow the tablets with water.

The recommended dose is

• Adults including the elderly and children

over 16 years: 1 or 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours

as required, to a maximum of 8 tablets in 24

hours.

• Children 10-15 years: 1 tablet every 4-6 hours

as required, to a maximum of 4 tablets in 24

hours.

• Do not give to children under 10 years.

Do not take more medicine than the label tells

you to. If you do not get better, talk to your

doctor."
