The worst thing is when you sneeze while wearing a fabric (3 layer, can't blow a candle out through it) mask and you end up with a wet mask clinging to your face. It's pretty grim, and the reason I always carry a spare (and face wipes!) |

"sneeze is not a covid symptom. try having a hay fever cough lol"
Hay fever coughs are terrible.
I swear my hay fever got worse when Covid started (or maybe I was just more aware of my coughs and sneezes) |

"Do you feel the same? That is when you sneeze in public it feels like the whole world is watching lol, whilst there shouldnt really be anything about it "
No but it's amazing the number of people with poor hygiene who sneeze or cough without covering mouth or nose or if they do, then proceed to rub their now germ laden hands over the tins of baked beans.... Even still. It saddens me that we have to nanny some folks into washing hands, something that should be baked into us as kids. |

The immune system is quite capable of dealing with dirty hands (and will ultimately be stronger on those that are not washing every 5 minutes).
Look at nature - it rarely gets these things wrong. |

Nature has not been so great for the last 18 months. Perhaps we cover our mouth when we cough and nose when we sneeze, wash our hands after we've been to the loo for a reason. |
