Although, the odds are very low but someone from my place of work just passed away...He had cloth as a result of taking the AZ Jab. He was a very nice guy, I said hi to him Friday. Just hearing that he's gone..
Why can't the vaccine just have other side effects that doesn't involve death.. |

Deeply sad when anyone dies whatever the cause, all medications have this potential..
What we're seeing is a small number who are susceptible to thrombosis type issues being adversely affected, the question being what percentage of people with that underlying health issue might have had such an event in any case..
Sad news.. |

"Sorry for your loss.
That was a very quick post mortem already to give such a definite cause of death."
Not everyone gets a post mortem. Most times Doctors sign off a death if they know what it was especially if they were being treated for a specific thing |

The OP didn't mention the guy's general state of health, but to determine it was a blood clot specifically caused by the vaccine would surely require a PM? |

That’s very sad, my sympathies.
I’m amazed how quickly it’s been confirmed that the vaccine has caused his clot. I know the process here with any possible vaccination connected deaths are ridiculously thorough and therefore sadly a long drawn out process. Glad the family didn’t have to endure that x |

I wouldn't have thought so if he was in being treated with a blood clot.As you say we don't have all the info anyway |

Im sorry for your friend's death, sending a hug
But unfortunately anyone can get a blood clot at anytime and in any state of health, hopefully it's been confirmed as the result of the vaccine so the research can move forward |

Without a post mortem there would be no way to be able to definitively say it was a clot caused by one specific thing.
The OP spoke to the chap on Friday so unless that was in hospital then it’s a sudden death and to categorically link that to the vaccine then a PM would be needed. |

A post mortem would only go to prove that the death was caused by blood clots. This "could" also have been identified during scans to determine the cause of his distress, or during treatment/surgery to try to save his life.
A probable "cause" of the clots would be based on the timings and the knowledge that the vaccines "do" occasionally cause clots.
A Post Mortem would provide no further evidence as to why the clots had formed, although blood tests could.

I wouldn't have thought even a post mortem would know exactly what caused a clot though, I thought they just happen because of your blood thickening? Which could happen whether you get the vaccine or not |

Very sad, how do you know the clot was caused by the vaccine? |

It's what the doctor said. He was in the hospital all weekend..he sent us a text on Saturday saying he's just been diagnosed with a cloth.. shortly after he had a seizure..
Then on sunday his dad rang us to say he had passed away.
He was a healthy young man in his 40s..he worked for 19 years with us and rarely had a day off work for illness..
It's just not fair why should he have to die coz he decided to take the vaccine.....
I'm scared to take mine now tbh. |

I'm sorry for your lost lovely and I totally understand your concern.
It is only the Oxford vaccine that has been causing these clots.
Because of your age you will be offered Phizer or moderna. X |

I've suffered from clots for a while
I was given the Oxford vaccine back in March and have suffered non since
I have my second one booked for Monday hopefully I'll be ok with that one too
I've learned that clots can happen at anytime of life regardless of fitness age or other factors not just from medications
Sorry about your loss but I still think cases are rare and catching the virus has more chance of causing clots so I've heard |
