Over one year ago I realised that Covid-19 was a very serious issue that would require lockdowns and restrictions for a long time.
So I immiately bought a very good quality rechargeable hair trimmer; I don't think I will ever go back to a barbers again as I have become reasonably proficient at cutting my own hair.

I cut about 65cm off my hair last year and gave up on bottles of dye.
I wear a hat outside even if the sun's shining 
My son's fro though 
I had to attack what was in essence, a moving birds nest, yesterday.
Getting through his hair every morning before school was grrrr for both of us.
This morning a quick spray with hair conditioner and 15 seconds! Done with giggles because his scalp felt cold with the hair conditioner and the boy still has 2 ears  His hair grows better than s, so please barbers, let's pay someone to do it properly  |

had one crack at diy in lockdown 1 but after that went every 3 or 4 weeks for a grade 3 all over. managed to get one in on last day in jan but going to hold out for another 3 weeks, least of all it keeps local businesses going. |
