Just a heads up for those who didn't know. You can now book both your covid jabs through the NHS site if you are 56 or over (with no underlying health conditions too). Not getting into arguments about who is or isn't having it, just putting the info out there for those who didn't know the age has now reduced

Yes they did.

As you know 'Fab age' is not always the same as the age on a birth certificate.

However, the time when they were doing the ages 65 - 70, they were also doing those with underlying conditions who are aged between 16 - 64.

So I got mine few weeks ago even though I'm under 55. But I got it coz I'm classed as vulnerable.

Just a note that I know quite a few people over 60 who haven't had their vaccinations yet...

Myself its because I have been helping at the vaccine centre and volunteer with vulnerable people. I am also a carer for someone extremely vulnerable... my daughter was in group 4 so had hers although she is 24

Not fiddled. If an area has a higher population of OAP's then it will take longer to vaccinate that demographic. Likewise if an area has high percentage of BAME community and as we have read, seen the news, the vaccine has been met with distrust then they are offering to others. My Council has high number of OAPS and seem tocbe behind but our neighbouring Council is flying through.
