As each easing is introduced and monitoring is reduced accordingly, I wonder if we will ever get there until that magic 75/85% is reached. |

I suspect a large amount of people will simply give up on the restrictions in the next month. With something like 90% of the groups responsible for hospitalisation vaccinated and boris telling everyone things will be fine in a few months, many will simply give up. That coupled with the fact everyone is sick of the restrictions. |

Treasury usually - There is sometimes a forces component. Not sure if this applies with Covid fines. |
