No, that would be unfair on people who have not yet been offered the vaccine. We don't need Fabswingers to introduce measures that would effectively penalise people who have not yet been vaccinated
A vaccine is not your ticket out of lockdown, you still have to follow all the rules.
A vaccinated person can still catch and TRANSMIT the virus. The vaccine stops a percentage of people from getting very sick.
Do you seriously think anti vaxers are going to get vaccinated just to get a flag off Fab?
The vast majority of members will likely take the vaccine anyway. Plus how is Fab to police this, it would be very easy for people to fake proof of vaccine.

Ops preference aside - There are flavours of this type of question being mooted all over. No vaccine, no pub leisure centre etc.
Many other nasty, more indiscrminate but vaccine preventable diseases around, we never seriously discussed ID (entitlement) cards before. Covid opportunism...  |

It was posted again as a suggestion earlier this week.
Fab would become liable if people got ill or died etc. It's better to leave it to the governments, should they want to change things.
Otherwise there would be no way to validate the data and there's no guarantee that an individual is safe for anything |

Jury is still out with the emergence of new strains vaccines stop you getting it or spreading it. But one thing the science at the moment agrees on is that considerably less risk of becoming seriously ill or terminal if you have had a vaccine |

Its looking like it might help limit the spread but we don't have enough data yet.
I think the best thing for people to assume at the moment is that it gives them some protection for themselves but they are still a risk to others. |

Exactly I am a saddo and like to keep
an eye on science as opposed to media and political spin. Viewpoint that covid is going to be around for a long time and yes vaccine it offers a way out of lockdowns but mainly mitigates the serious of the impact illness and services like the NHS, it becomes like the common cold yes you can get it and pass it on but overall impact is negligible. But I also think that a lot more social responsibility will be required |

. Surely you don’t think there is the remotest possibility of “a lot more social responsibility” being adopted. I’m pretty sure that once vaccinated the vast majority will be pretty determined to return to normal life as soon as they can. Those who can’t or won’t have the vaccine will have to take responsibility for their own health |

We all have to take responsibility for our own health regardless of being vaccinated or not. |
