Extended to July. Good indicator of how long lockdowns will continue. Most likely be extended again.

Source definitely needed ..not only for the information, but the funding of said furlough extension. Not saying it's not necessary, but I think it's time the gov started to provide some insight into how they intend to pay for all this 'free' money, they keep doling out.

Governments can only get there money from either the Taxpayers, printing money , Borrowing, or big business, or Tax raids ,don’t forget there is always a price to pay

Yep and as I was saying, I'd be interested to know which method/s they intend to use this time round.

It is to hopefully keep people from losing their jobs, I for one don't mind keep working and probably pay more tax in the future so most people have jobs to go back to

What I don't want to pay for is the contracts worth millions given to Government donators or the failed TTI disaster which I know we will all end up paying for too

if its true, you probably see around 20 to 25 percent of busninesses go under.

those sat at home, will have to pay national insurance ... hence businesses have to pay their share towards it and pension etc. if they cant get any income in .... they go under.

I can't give you the source because you will all call me a conspiracy theorist.

If my source is correct. It will be public knowledge soon enough.

I hope I'm wrong but I promise hand on heart. When they extended furlough in October to April. I said. That's when the lockdown will end. Sure enough they told us at new year that lockdown will continue till February. March at the latest (Hopefully) which means just in time for the end of furlough.

Just passing on what I've heard.

Did anyone notice that the first day biden was in power, he re joined the W.H.O? That same day the WHO said that the cycle threshold for PCR tests had been too high. Should be 30 cycles max to get a fairly accurate reading.

Our NHS run the cycles at 40 to 45.

This will give a much higher false positive number.

It's not going to be all systems go on February 15th and it seems wiser to implement measures for more than 5 minutes at a time

They reportedly want this to be the final lockdown. As results are slow, it's too early to say how slowly we will start to emerge from it.

How will you be if it's summer?

You can share information sourced from a filthy bog wall but it doesn't potentially have much value. The type of source that you have could add some level of credibility. No need to go all coy, after you've had your big leak

It's not from a dodgy blog although most will think it is. It's from a government source. He may be wrong. I'm.just sharing it as a possibility. To be fair though. If they're discussing it in parliament you can be sure my comments aren't necessarily baseless

What you have said is only partially true .. from what I have found out ( not sure of how exactly it works or is planned to ) the government have given individual councils the right to extend furlough until July this year ( or something like that ?) .. if they need to or the situation dictates it ..

So currently all support for everyone due to end in April . .

Which is still no useful news for all of us who have yet to receive 1p from the government simply because of the job we do! Hopefully something in Seiss 4

But let's see what happens with all things ' furlough' in the next month or so .
