In a nut shell, we can only go to work or to shop for essentials.
Work places are covid safe and we all take precautions in shops.
where do we catch covid ?
I know this sounds an odd question but i am genuinely asking so i and maybe others can be safer.
I suppose im asking what mistake do thousands of people make, it cant just be those who ignore the rules. |

Personally, I feel safe at work. Many people are working from home so it is quiet, well spaced out and masks are worn in public areas.
If I catch the virus, it's more likely to come from supermarket shopping or public transportation. Some people have the mask slipping down their nose, others look like they haven't washed theirs for a while. And maybe there's residual virus in some surface I am touching. |

No mistakes made. I work in a Covid as safe as we can make it job. Children involved...caught it at work, may have been children, may have been other staff who knows. I do know it had to be at work because we went nowhere else only shopped , fully masked etc. |

Unfortunately a lot of workplaces aren't covid safe and workers are being made to work and infection rates are high. Then there are those who don't isolate if they have the virus. I'm glad I can work from home.
On a positive note the R rate has now fallen so, hopefully, infection rates will decrease |
