i know a few people who are having to go into work for no real reason. they have laptops and can work from home but the company is saying they must go to the office.
Is anyone else in that boat.

No, we're 100% from home. If we left anything at work over Christmas that we need, we have to make an appointment with facilities to collect at an individual time slot. Work will deliver chairs, desks etc to us if we need them (I've got mine from lockdown 1).
If the job genuinely can be 100% done from home, then employers shouldn't be compelling attendance at the workplace, no. |
