Going overboard in your efforts to kill the virus. Probably wasting your time.

Essentially early studies of the virus on surfaces were done in pristine lab conditions. In the real world the signs of the virus is basically dead remnants, it does not survive that long, its the viral RNA (virus corpse) thats showing up
Rather than disinfecting everything its far better to just regularly wash hands.

We used to disinfect the letter box and doorbell just for the postman and other delivery people. Was more courtesy to them really.
I do recall one post lady (seen on doorbell camera) looking a bit tender after possibly a heavy weekend.
She slipped at the doorstep and then sneezed over our door.....then slipped off the doorstep. Comedy gold. |
