I only go to the supermarket, hand sanitise and mask worn there.
Clean down the things I buy.
So I don't know how I've managed to pick up a cold!

I'm getting one after another |

Most likely is you touched something with one of the Corona virus s on it and did not wash hands before a habitual face touch
Dont forget humans have been catching and spreading Corona virus s forever
Whether it's a normal covid covid 19 or a variant you catch it the same way ineffective hygiene practices
Exactly the same as influenzas

"Colds are caught by ineffective hygiene. I would ramp up your defenses. Co's COVID is gonna' come get ya'.
"
At my place of workI interact with over 50 different vulnerable people ish a week
They all needlessly wear their mask and feel they are "safe"
Yet "IF" we did not clean all surfaces and handles beyond regularly, and insist the hand gel and open doors they would be desperately exposed their risk perception and hand mouth hygiene is abysmal
9 tenths touch their mask within a minute of touching our door handles or a surface
They also touch their car keys wallets purses and phones

I hear ya'.
It's like sex in a swingers club - some people actually believe that it's okay NOT to wear a condom if they have played together with the same person again. Week after week. |

see now i get the logic of this, but immune defense must also play a part, i used to live with a girl that was always cleaning and sanitising her hands, 3 times as much as me, she had a cold every second week , and i never did |

Because masks won't stop viruses. The pores are huge compared to the size of a virus. They're useless. Plus they enter through your eyes . |

Why do you say "they all needlessly wear their mask" ? Do you think they would be better without one ? How do you suggest people avoid touching their own keys, wallets and phones ? |

Same reason you're seeing a lot of the same supermarket staff, shop workers, policemen, parking wardens etc. Who don't actually wear masks.
Many who aren't constantly in masks are working through it, if you properly research masks you will discover how innefective they actually are.
I used to work in a dental practice and I appreciate they add a certain level of protection but it's amazing how people have quickly seen them as some kind of invincible shield. |

You need germs & virus exposure to build immune systems against them...hence vaccines. |

The cold virus has just a few options to get inside you and infect you. The masks are likely to help to stop you from infecting others, rather than stop you from getting anything.
Eyes, noses and mouths will be the typical routes into the body. Anything that can move the virus closer to, or inside those, will help you to get infected. Your hands are the likely tool. |

Probably somebody who wasn't wearing a mask, who managed to spray their snot over shelves of goods, maybe onto something you didn't or couldn't clean off properly. |

The cold and flu viruses can remain active in the air for up to a day, and can travel quite a distance, so you could have picked it up outside.
Also, masks don't stop you getting viruses, but help stop you spreading them. |

Alot of damp air, condensation, rain, combined with warmish air from the south.
Head colds common this time of year always cover head in rain. You may have been suppressing it from a while back now it's mild n cold weather it's brought it out.
People forget bad ventilation at home or work can trigger colds or a build up of damp mold areas after bad weather can kick it off too. |

Probably from your mask lowering your immune system as you’re breathing in all the crap you’re meant to be expelling. |

That may be your belief but there is no factual evidence that fully supports this. |

I'm not sure it would lower your immune system but increasing your viral load by rebreathing your contaminated breathe would be likely to increase the risk of being overrun by it. Its partly the reason why they are encouraging people to open windows and why being outside is less risk. |

The masks help you to stop breathing in the cold air that protects the rest of the organ's for breathing I don't take mine off till I enter my home if I go the amount of particles that float around the air is unbelievable which you don't see that can be very harmful to the health |

They are far from useless. They catch the bigger droplets with the most virus. We should not make this a competition between what is good and what is perfect. Also, if you wear a mask and still get it, you could end up with a lower viral load that you can fight off.
Wear your bloody mask!
Because masks won't stop viruses. The pores are huge compared to the size of a virus. They're useless. Plus they enter through your eyes ."

Because even the most careful of people aren't perfect. If we could see the bacteria and viruses around us we would have more of an appreciation of how difficult it is to clean every last bit off ourselves and the objects we touch. As we can't it's like fucking the invisible man, you just do your best and hope you're getting the right areas! |

Masks like condoms you have to know how to use not see many used properly and who told girls to shove two fingers inside to put onto cock theres a risk there plus what do you touch when you take mask off the virus will be all over it straps and all Dispose csrfully bin it |

Because viruses and bugs are everywhere, in the air, on everything you touch, you can't stop them.
People need to be exposed to them to keep their immune system up. It's the best way to naturally fight them off. |

"Air Conditioning"?
but because it not mentioned on the TV no one say anything about it, as they will run the risk of being called a flat earther, anti vaccer, or some other fashionably term deemed fair game for billing people nowdays |
