It’s amusing how other threads are full of advice for those claiming workplace bullying yet we stand with an employer? in this matter as it’s COVID related. An employer would be better going through a disciplinary process than “you’re fucking gone”. Dr Hilary Jones made a mistake the other day going into a pharmacy with no face covering after lecturing on TV about the need for a mask. |

just another rant from tom know loads of peeps in the film industry because of where i live.have heard storys for years about what an arogant prick he is towards crew.he may have a point this time but the storys ive heard about him from peeps he sounds like a proper control freak.plus i cant take peiple seriously who follow a religion made up by a sci fi writter |

I've known people in the industry in the USA and the recollection are not positive.
It's also an appalling way to treat and manage staff. You'd have to be particularly stupid to consider this the appropriate way to motivate and get the best from the people you manage. It's a very warped or limited perspective that understands so badly how to form relationships with others.
The emotional and psychological clearing those types supposed to do must certainly be poorly executed or a crock of shite, if these publicly visible specimens are representative of the lot of them, within the science fiction writers creative realm. He's reputedly up at the top of this belief system, so potentially 1 of the most 'cleared' amongst them.  . Thankfully for the majority of the intelligent world, productive professional relationships are appreciated and understood, such that such behaviour would be viewed as inappropriate |

Some people just love themselves far to much yes I agree with the whole keep your distance stay safe etc but there are ways to put across your point and I always say there’s no need to shout and scream as I completely shut off when people do that if you can’t say it nicely don’t say it at all |
