Anything that affects cardiovascular health can impact on erections. Covid is more a cardiovascular disease than anything else.

They've just added it to the nhs website as symptoms to watch out for... Loss of sense of smell, persistent cough and lack of erections.
You can get treatment on the nhs for it. |

When I had full blown covid, the last thing on my mind was getting a hard on.
I do recall not having any morning glory for about 2 weeks but I put that down to feeling like crap; every inch of my body ached and having a stiffy would just be a few more inches that would ache.. |
