I'm sure I'm not the only one, but I get a lot of guys saying they'd like to meet post Covid. When I question them, they actually mean post-lockdown. No in either case, but I think they are confused over what is Covid and lockdown.

Loads every day mainly single fellas, but couples as well. Straight and direct asking to meet. Latest one a few mins back ,, bodybuilder, good looking, 10 inch cock,,his words,, what world does he live in? Does he think because of that he can't pass covid on? A lot of the ads are from people in lockdown areas in Midlands, right,, that's increases your chances then?

If you take everything off your 'Looking for' list it takes you off the searches and reduces mail.

Otherwise if profiles say 'Looking For.. Men'... then they will assume that's what it means.

Not sure what's confusing..

Covid-19 is here to stay..

Lockdown currently will lift Dec 2

But we will have another in January and likely continue with the cycle

I've had people asking to meet before this lockdown, and even sent me extracts of the gov website which said tier 1 & 2 areas could still meet - therefore was ok

I kindly reminded them, and sent them a link, of the social distancing bit which was on the same link. Unfortunately people choose what to read rather then understand the rules.

"not just guys looking for meets my updates page today has had half a dozen couples loiking for this weekend and one femake looking for guys for gangbang party when lockdown ends"

Precisely... And it's human nature to be selfish and only natural that some are less risk-averse. Others just don't think Covid is a big deal.

Put all of these together and it's not particularly surprising that people are still meeting!

As an individual, do what you can to mitigate your risk, avoid those seeking to meet and don't concern yourself with what others are doing.

My view is anyone looking to meet during this time doesn't take their health nor the other person's seriously. So the question I ask myself any others, Would you have met someone who didn't take their health or yours seriously before this virus appeared?

I've just had a request to meet next week... My profile quite clearly states I am NOT MEETING.

I'm essentially an only parent to my daughter and currently living in an area that has seen a big jump in Covid cases so I have to be careful. If I can't have my sister in my house, I'm not having some randomer from here.

Goes to show what lengths of nonsensical mind games many will go to in order to meet doesn't it. Displays some elementary lack of basic knowledge. The mot test is only as good as the time it's taken.

People had alot more understanding in the first lockdown,Since we came out of that lockdown I hid my profile after a week,as I was constantly asked to meet and go to secret parties

I did have not meeting all over my profile, nobody bothered to read it,I've been told covid isn't real to I've been tested and are covid free,I got bored having to explain myself

I've now been hidden for months, its loads better I can read and join in on forums, chat to friends and don't get numerous meet requests,it works for me

I've had some guys asking to meet and when I've said no thanks to them they say it's only for a coffee. I just say that I'm sorry I'm not doing it! It's crazy that they just don't care.

What's even more concerning is that the club in Glasgow, CJ's was open on Thursday afternoon for a TV/TS event which I just think was crazy!

Lots of guys, couples too, get confused about the actual meaning of meeting.

Many will run for the hills once Covid, lockdown, plague, alien attack or any other excuse for not meeting becomes a distant memory.

I'm afraid this virus is going to be with us for years not just a few months like a lot of people think. I would give up the notion of meeting with anyone this year, next year and possibly even the year after that! Plus, the government will want to make the most of being able to control the population for as long as they have reasonable excuse under the umberella of the COVID pandemic rules and emergency laws.

And it seems that any new meet verifications that guys put up are recent yet if it's a woman then they're just retrospective veris from ages ago right?

So yup, male, female, couples. Being a dickhead isn't only restricted to blokes.

I wouldn’t disagree with the first part of your post.

However, in this government’s priorities, controlling the population is far behind milking every last million out of covid for them and their chums.

I'm amazed at how many 'meet now' posts there are. It seems especially prevalent amongst guys in our area but there are lots of couples and singles around the UK too. I was shocked when I saw one yesterday from a person in Hull which as far as I have heard is at the centre of a really high outbreak. Sheer lunacy.

. I’m pretty sure that’s the case. You only need to remember how many people were meeting in busy pubs and restaurants before lockdown restarted. Plenty of people don’t feel threatened by it and if they don’t have vulnerable people in their lives actually want to carry on life as normal.
