As far as i know the private sector in this country has no icu capacity. |

It could be an option for the covidiots but they/you would need to be completely excluded from the remainder of the human race.

I seem to recall that one of the early arrangements to increase capacity was that the NHS would have access to private ICU facilities and equipment - the sector must have such a capability, in the event of post-op trauma, etc? |

Well that’s the risk they take for others so they can take on that risk themselves.. if the cases keep growing unchecked the NHS will have no ICU capacity left to treat new patients |

You or your representative could refuse treatment generally. Medical professionals will suggest options, if you want to be open to hear them.
If you are incapacitated and NHS staff find you, they will generally treat you in an emergency situation, with the presumption of consent.
If you leave the UK, you can then opt out |
