"I wonder why they used bacterial particles, and not viral. "
Honestly ?
You expect researchers to challenge filter materials for with live virus ?
Coronavirus in a lab
Standard practice for experimenting is safe simulation. |

There's more than one virus... this is a pointless test. This is like testing the effectiveness of a colander with pebbles. |

I don't agree. I wouldn't want and pebbles getting in my sink? How else would you wash them? |

Jesus. Lmao.
I mean, we really are screwed as country.
I think we'll be dealing with this still, this time next year because people will question everything, while being incapable of understanding the answers. |

It's the droplets of water that carry the virus that are key, stopping them, reduces transmission.
Obviously they cannot stop the virus, but the virus needs the water droplets in say a sneeze, to travel. Stop the droplets, stop the virus spreading. |

Wearing a mask isn’t a restriction of our freedom. Rather, it helps us to regain freedom by reducing virus transmission in a community and making every interaction safer. Freedom for people to go to work, attend school, interact with others, and most importantly freedom from illness and fear.
Masks and face coverings can prevent the wearer from transmitting the COVID-19 virus to others and may provide some protection to the wearer.

Many are so afraid they can't confront the issue
If you're in denial, you're trying to protect yourself by refusing to accept the truth about something that's happening in your life.
In some cases, initial short-term denial can be a good thing, giving you time to adjust to a painful or stressful issue. It might also be a precursor to making some sort of change in your life. But denial has a dark side.
There are people that can help |
