So according the ONS website 50k ppl died off the flu last year and between jan and august off this year it was just 392.... explains alot off the deaths

No, they didn't.

1223 from flu alone and 26398 from a mix of flu and pneumonia.

The average flu deaths between 2014-19 according to the full facts.org taken from PHE was 17,000 per annum..

The 2019 was missing the last five weeks of the flu season..

There was one year where it was in excess of 25,000 but another which was less than 1,800..

Can't find any where that says 50,000 per annum..
