That's quite a sweeping statement. It can't be easy for any health minister in any country to Come up smelling of roses. He is trying to do his best and to do the right thing in a very fluid situation. And yes he has and will continue to make mistakes but let me see who could have done a better job in view of the circumstances. No one worth their salt in my opinion |

Being especially competent wasn't in the essential requirements that Johnson had in mind for the cabinet. Loyalty was about the only thing needed and to carry the can, whenever he will want to pass blame |

He won't go on ITV's morning news because he'd be asked awkward questions...he will go on the BBC morning news where he's willing to answer questions on fluffy bunny rabbits and what cake should be banned( wedding)...
Can't imagine Thatcher shying away from awkward questions,more likely she'd clip Pierce Morgan round the ear.. |
